Clinical studies have shown that by taking 2 Wafers per day (in the morning) for 2 weeks (loading dose), the NAD levels increase by 58% compared to baseline. By continuing with one wafer per day for another 4 weeks levels remain 70% above baseline. Clinically, individuals felt more focused, better mood, slept better, improved memory and/or more energized.

 

The recommended course is a 2 week loading dose followed by another 3 months of NAD Wafers. 1 month on and repeat as desired.
