Service Description

When referred by CTD Consulting, please submit your test order here. Once submitted, you will be contacted by a member of the team to arrange an appointment for your selected test at either a local clinic or a mobile service. Home Test Kits will be sent in the post and may take 3-4 working days to arrive. If you have any queries, please contact us by email or phone and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
